Apple Cider Donut Bundt Cake


- 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour

- 2 teaspoons baking powder

- 1 teaspoon baking soda

- 1 ½ teaspoons ground cinnamon

- ½ teaspoon salt

- ¾ cup unsalted butter, softened

- 1 cup granulated sugar

- ½ cup packed light brown sugar

- 3 large eggs

- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 1 cup apple cider

- ½ cup chunky applesauce

For Cinnamon-Sugar Coating:

- 1/3 cup granulated sugar

- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

For optional Cream Cheese Frosting:

- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened

- 1 cup powdered sugar

- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 1-2 tablespoons milk (as needed for desired consistency)


1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 10-inch Bundt pan, ensuring it is fully coated.

2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, ground cinnamon, and salt. Set aside.
