Tottenham star Son Heung-min reveals his four sporting GOATs – and there’s no room for his old pal Harry Kane

Tottenham star Son Heung-min has revealed his top four sporting GOATs in an interview with EA FC clubhouse in London. Surprisingly, his old pal Harry Kane did not make the cut. Son named Michael Jordan, Tom Brady, Lionel Messi, and Cristiano Ronaldo as the greatest athletes of all time. Son believes that Michael Jordan, the basketball legend, deserves a spot on the list for his six NBA titles with the Chicago Bulls. Tom Brady, the seven-time Super Bowl winner who played for the New England Patriots and Tampa Bay Buccaneers, was also included in Son's top four.

As for football, Son chose Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo, two old-time rivals who have dominated the sport for over a decade. Messi, who has won ten La Liga titles, seven Ballon d'Ors, and a World Cup, has been compared to Ronaldo throughout their careers. Ronaldo, on the other hand, has won three Premier Leagues, two La Ligas, two Serie A titles, and five Ballon d'Ors. Despite their close partnership at Tottenham, Son does not consider Kane as one of the greatest athletes of all time. Son and Kane have formed a prolific pairing, assisting over 40 goals for each other, which is the highest in Premier League history. Son's choices for his top four sporting GOATs reflect his admiration for iconic athletes who have achieved tremendous success in their respective sports. While Kane may not have made the cut, his partnership with Son continues to thrive on the football pitch.
